Maureen Short has been a healer for over 25 years. In her healing arts practice, she offers Shamanic Reiki treatments, Sacred Sound ( 9 crystal singing bowls, chanting, toning/drumming/tuning forks and rattles) and Crystal and Gemstone layouts. A Flower Essence therapist of 25 years, she gives each client a personal blend of flower essences.
She is the director of LIghtheart Sanctuary, an 8-sided sacred space nestled in the forest of New Haven Vt where she heals, teaches, has circles, sweatlodges and events.
As a street vendor in Burlington Vt for 32 years, Maureen made and sold countless pieces of healing jewelry and it makes her happy and grateful to have sent so many healing pieces out into the world!
Maureen is a nature photographer who often captures the magic of Spirit in her images.
She has been a guest lecturer at Skidmore College and UVM for the class “History Of Magic and Wizardry” , taught many seminars at the American Society Of Dowsers and some at The New England Woman’s Conference. Her passion is healing the Heart of humans and joining with the vitalizing forces of Mother Nature for peace, love and connection for all life on Mother Earth!
